Frequently Asked Questions

How long do the concerts last?

Our recitals typically run for around 45 minutes, though this is an estimate to help you plan your visit. The exact duration may vary by up to 5 minutes or so, depending on the programme and whether there are any encores or last-minute adjustments.

Do I need to keep my baby quiet?

Not at all! Babies respond to music in their own way—whether that means cooing, wiggling, or drifting off to sleep. Our concerts embrace the natural rhythms of babyhood.

Can I bring my pram?

Yes! Our venues are fully accessible and designed with parents in mind. Most locations have dedicated buggy parking areas, and all provide ramp access where needed. You can find specific accessibility details for each venue within the information for each recital. Baby carriers are, of course, always welcome too!

Is there an age limit for children?

These concerts are specifically designed for babies under 15 months, so we ask that older children do not attend to keep the experience appropriate and enjoyable for this age group.

Do babies actually enjoy classical music?

Absolutely! Every baby responds differently, but many become calm and still as the music begins, even just a few days after birth. Older babies often react with smiles, movement, and even little vocalizations as they engage with the music. You might be surprised at how much your baby enjoys the experience!

Can I feed my baby during the recital?

Yes! Feeding – breastfeeding or bottle – is completely welcome throughout the concert. You are also welcome to bring any food your baby needs during the recital.

What about food and drinks for myself?

Due to safety reasons, hot drinks and adult food are not permitted in the venue. You may however bring cold drinks for yourself.

Can I get a refund if I decide not to come?

Unfortunately, due to the live nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable unless we have to cancel, move, or reschedule a recital. However, if you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend so that someone else can enjoy the experience.
